  • a program designed for you to complete 1-3 times per week (as recommended by your coach) over the course of your package. 
  • Education on how/when to safely self progress your weights/resistance. 
  • Education on when to implement a deload week. 
  • 1 x 30 minute run through of your program (via Zoom or in person) and 1 plan adjustment.
